McCallum to continue for Bulls

Gavin McCallum is certain to keep his place in Hereford`s XI for the visit of Torquay having grabbed a brace on his first start for over two months in midweek. The midfielder, who was last included in John Trewick`s starting line-up for the FA Cup defeat to Colchester in late November, found the net either side of half-time to help secure a much-needed 2-0 win over Lincoln. Youngster Tyler Weir and on-loan Paul Downing were both handed their Bulls debuts in defence, and Trewick may well opt to keep faith with the same side against a Gulls outfit two points below Hereford at the lower end of the table. Ryan Valentine serves the second instalment of his two-match ban and fellow defender Richard Rose will undergo another fitness test as he again looks to shake off his knee injury. Ryan Green (hernia) and Lee Morris (knee) will miss out but are due to return to training on Monday following lengthy absences, while the game also comes too soon for midfielder Jamie Tolley (shin).
