The Shakers climbed into the automatic promotion places for the first time this season after their midweek win over Bradford.

And they backed it up with a nervy victory after Mike Jones scored a second-minute free-kick for his seventh goal of the season.

However, Trewick was angry with the run up to Jones' goal and said: "We're very annoyed about the referee quite frankly.

"It clearly wasn't a foul for the free-kick they scored from and, for me, Craig King was fouled for a penalty in the second half, so I feel hard done by.

"I feel like I'm having a moan again, which I guess I am, but this happens far too often for us and something's got to change because it's costing us point after point."
