Davey- A fair decision.

Hereford manager Simon Davey was pleased with the outcome of Wednesday's ruling regarding Marc Pugh's move to Bournemouth. A tribunal ruled the Bulls will receive an initial £60,000 for Pugh. Further payments of £10,000 will be made if he reaches the milestones of 15, 30, 45 and 60 games for the Cherries while a 10% sell-on clause is also included. "We're very pleased as we had a very strong case," Davey told Hereford's official website. "We went down to London, we made a statement to the tribunal committee and I think it was a fair decision. "We've ended up with £100,000. There are very experienced members on the committee who hear both sides of the story."
