The teenage duo have been regular fixtures in the Baggies' Under-18 and reserve sides, but will now spend an initial month at Edgar Street.
West Brom academy coach Keith Downing, who is Paul's uncle, told West Brom's official website: "This is really pleasing news because it's the next part of their development.
"This is now a real chance for them to learn the game at the sharp end when it's win at all costs."
Sporting and technical director Dan Ashworth added: "Hereford are a good club and we know the players will be coached and treated well. They've both got a good mentality and have bright futures in the game."
Both signings are still subject to Football League approval.
